Lollipop incision –this is the commonest incision used to empty the tissues at the bottom and outer aspect of the breast and make a self supporting cone of the inner part of the breast tissue. Sometimes the lower end may have to be converted to L for left breast and J for the right, hiding this below the breast to take care of skin excess.
